Full price merchandise purchased through www.lesdeuxcopines.com may be returned for full refund to the original form of payment if postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Please note: We do not provide free return labels.
Sale merchandise, Trunk Show merchandise and any merchandise purchased during a promotion at 20% off or more is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Jewelry, lingerie, socks, candles, eyewear, and body care products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Reading glasses can be exchanged for a different power.
In order to be eligible for return or exchange, all items must arrive back to us unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. We have the right to deny any returns we feel do not meet these requirements.
If you are for any reason dissatisfied with any items from your order that meet the above criteria, contact us for a return authorization and we will reply with simple instructions for mailing your items back. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your package once they are in the hands of our designated mail carriers, therefore Les Deux Copines is not responsible for any orders that are lost,stolen or delayed. We will, however, do our best to help you navigate the claims process to either locate your package or get you a refund. For added security, we recommend adding signature delivery to your order.
