Return Policy

RETURNS

Full price merchandise purchased through www.lesdeuxcopines.com may be returned for full refund to the original form of payment if postmarked within 14 days of receipt.  If purchased in store, over the phone or text, full priced merchandise may be returned for full refund to the original form of payment 7 days from purchase and store credit 14 days from purchase.

Sale merchandise  is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Jewelry, masks, lingerie, and bath products (including Vintner's Daughter) is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

In order to be eligible for return or exchange, all items must arrive back to us unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. 

If you are for any reason dissatisfied with any items from your order that meet the above criteria, contact us for a return authorization and we will reply with simple instructions for mailing your items back.
