Full price merchandise purchased through may be returned for full refund to the original form of payment if postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Please note: We do not provide free return labels.

Sale and Trunk Show merchandise are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Jewelry, lingerie, socks, candles, eyewear, and body care products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

In order to be eligible for return or exchange, all items must arrive back to us unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. We have the right to deny any returns we feel do not meet these requirements.

If you are for any reason dissatisfied with any items from your order that meet the above criteria, contact us for a return authorization and we will reply with simple instructions for mailing your items back. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

We offer FREE OUTGOING USPS Priority Mail, FEDEX or UPS within the continental US. Expedited services are available at an extra cost. Orders placed before 12PM Monday - Thursday will usually be shipped the following day. Orders placed after noon on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Our shipping offices are closed on weekends and Holidays.

We currently ship to most countries. Proceed to checkout to see the exact shipping quote and duties for your order (you will be able to review your total before confirming your order).


Orders being shipped to a California address will be charged CA sales tax (7.25%).  Any items being delivered out-of-state will be tax exempt.



Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your package once they are in the hands of our designated mail carriers, therefore Les Deux Copines is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen. We will, however, do our best to help you navigate the claims process to either locate your package or get you a refund. For added security, we recommend adding signature delivery to your order.
