Handcrafted in Madagascar from 100% raffia straw, the Suni Bucket returns with thoughtful updates to its signature design. The familiar telescope crown and wide brim are paired with a new black regenerative leather chin strap, finished with silver hardware and an engraved organic cast stone detail. Designed for sun protection and everyday wear, Suni offers a considered balance of structure, comfort, and adjustability.

FIT

Fits true to size. If between sizes, we suggest sizing up. This style is intended to sit higher on the crown of the head for optimal visibility.

MATERIAL

Raffia is known for its strength and durability. The lightweight and strength of these fibers make it an excellent material for hats, allowing them to travel with you wherever you go, whether in a suitcase, a purse, or a beach bag. Raffia fibers are sourced from the raffia palm. The individual fibers are harvested from the frond leaf and are dried and crocheted into hats.

CARE

  • For small spots, use a slightly damp light-colored cloth without dye to blot out any stains.
  • Be careful not to get your hat too wet when cleaning as the natural fibers may expand and distort the shape.

RETURNS

Full price merchandise purchased through www.lesdeuxcopines.com may be returned for full refund to the original form of payment if postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Please note: We do not provide free return labels.

Sale merchandise, Trunk Show merchandise and any merchandise purchased during a promotion at 20% off or more is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Jewelry, lingerie, socks, candles, eyewear, and body care products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Reading glasses can be exchanged for a different power.

In order to be eligible for return or exchange, all items must arrive back to us unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. We have the right to deny any returns we feel do not meet these requirements.

If you are for any reason dissatisfied with any items from your order that meet the above criteria, contact us for a return authorization and we will reply with simple instructions for mailing your items back. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

SHIPPING

We offer FREE OUTGOING USPS Priority Mail, FEDEX or UPS within the continental US. Expedited services are available at an extra cost. Orders placed before 12PM Monday - Thursday will usually be shipped the following day. Orders placed after noon on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Our shipping offices are closed on weekends and Holidays.

TAX

Orders being shipped to a California address will be charged CA sales tax (7.25%).  Any items being delivered out-of-state will be tax exempt.

 

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your package once they are in the hands of our designated mail carriers, therefore Les Deux Copines is not responsible for any orders that are lost,stolen or delayed. We will, however, do our best to help you navigate the claims process to either locate your package or get you a refund. For added security, we recommend adding signature delivery to your order. If you need the item(s) by a specific date, please email us and choose expedited shipping at checkout.
